East Herts District Council By-Election in Puckeridge - Meet Your LibDem Candidate

Sara Mihajlovic has been campaigning hard, knocking on doors and most importantly, listening to residents' concerns ahead of the upcoming EHDC by-election in Puckeridge. She is your fantastic, hard-working LibDem candidate for Puckeridge.

Sara Mihajlovic is the Lib Dem candidate in the East Herts District of Puckeridge for the forthcoming EHDC by-election on Thursday 15 September. She cares passionately about giving a voice to the local residents, and has been knocking on doors and listening to residents' concerns over the last few days. She wants to hear about what is important to them and what she can do to help improve things

Sara lives locally and is married with two young daughters. She is active in the local area, has acted as Chairperson for the local preschool and is about to take up a post as a Teaching Assistant at a nearby preschool.

Sara has worked for both the private and public sectors, with careers at Accenture and the British Library.

An active campaigner on a local and national level in areas such as speeding, safeguarding the rights of EU citizens and the summer born campaign, one of her present concerns is the danger caused by speeding on our narrow local roads. She has already been in touch with the local County Council to demand proper enforcement of all the local speed limits. She is also calling for more stretches of road to have speed limits imposed.

If you want to get to know more of Sara's thoughts and ideas you can follow her on Twitter @SaraMihaj.
