Stephen Skinner - Town Councillor for Bishops Stortford (Silverleys Ward)
Stephen Skinner is a former Marketing Director who has lived in the town since 1992.
“I am all too aware of the many problems confronting our town and how it is suffering under the many changes forced up on it. Residents in all areas including Silverleys are confronted by severe traffic congestion and air pollution in the town centre. As a keen cyclist and a driver I want to promote sustainable transport policies. I was strongly critical of the previous District Council’s plans for Old River Lane, now we have the opportunity to sort this out.”
